I went in here looking for a hair dye I usually buy at the Geelong store, which by the way have lovely staff.
I was treated like an idiot as I tried to describe what I wanted to them, they were stern, blunt, and absolutely rude.
I walked out with a product they reccomended which made my hair horrible, dry, and fall out, and I will never go back there... not even to return the product (the unopened one of course) - in fear of being belittled like I was.

Went in and enquired about keeping my hair a red colour but lightening it a few shades myself at home, using the tubes of colour and developer. When I asked what would be the best way to achieve the subtle change the staff who served me began to ramble something off about 40V bleach!
Im no hairdresser but I know if I go putting 40V bleach in my fine, naturally blonde hair that I will end up platinum blonde and when I queried the staff member on this they really didn't have anything else to say. With that I left the store without purchasing anything and was later able to figure out the right mix I needed on my own.

Not friendly staff at all. Some are ok but some are sooooooooo rude. I bought some hair care product the other day and the staff had so rude tone, it felt like they were doing a favor to me by selling the stuff. There was no hello ,no hi, no courtesy whatsoever. I felt very uncomfortable buying stuff from them.

C'mon being polite wont' cost ya anything. But being rude will cost you the customers and the business. Trust me on that.

Very loud and noisey.. not the type of atmosphere you go to , to relax and have a hair appointment. There waxing prices are pretty good. Hair prices, are fairly average. The girls are always friendly and nice.

Needed a haircut in a hurry as I was going overseas same day.
I called and they managed to fit me in.
Not only was the hair cut cheap (for a major chain) but was finished in 10mins flat!
I felt rushed in and out but I suppose that is what I wanted.
Haircut was ok but I would be interested to know if they were as hasty with all their customers.
