The final outcome was good I got highlights to my dark hair but the service slow and they get so busy and in such a small space it's easy to feel like a number, I got shifted from chair to chair as it was so busy they needed chairs free while I waited for my bleach to set so 40mins of feeling in the way wasent the best feeling and it took 20mins from my appointment time to even get started I just sat waiting in front of the mirror.
