    i rang on a saturday for an appointment & asked to be seen as their last appointment, which was 4.30. i finished work at 4.30 across the road from them and said i may be 10 minutes late, they refused to book me in and said that they had to shut the doors at 5pm and no later, even if it was 5-10minutes for a trim. this is disappointing given they are not open on sundays.
