    Tried Hairhouse Warehouse in Parramatta for the 1st time as my usual hairdresser is overseas for 6 months. I have been growing my hair to a longer length for 3 years, i specifically told the hairdresser not to cut any length just trim my top layers. What did they do, cut at least 15cm OFF THE LENGTH!!!!!! Kept asking me what shampoo i use and how its so wrong and bad to use supermarket brands (yeah whatever) trying to sell me there $30 per bottle shampoos instead. They were really being rude. I will never ever ever ever go there again and am SO SO SO upset my lovely hair is gone. THEY DO NOT LISTEN OR CARE, UNPROFESSIONAL, BAD SERVICE. i regret walking into that place what a mistake.
