    I usually for some reason keep going back her to buy product as I leave it to last minute but after my last experience I will be making sure u an ALLOT more organized.

    I walked in knowing exactly what I was looking for said hello and study asked how can they help I said all good thanks anyway .
    I proceeded to get my products when a nice staff came over and helped me hold everything , we proceeded to chat and some other worker decided to just but in as we were discussing hair wax^s as a hairdresser myself I knew what I was looking for , this other staff decided to put not only my ideas down but her staff members.
    The staff with the short hair trying to help me did the right thing and ignored her, however as I proceeded to the counter annoyed and decided not to buy the wax I had mentioned I used to have black hair ( I am now red) the staff with the long hair turned and said OH NO DON'T GO BLACK TERRIBLE (hello I had just been black for 2 years ....) but gee thanks for the compliment.

    Every time I come to get my shampoo and conditioner they seem to have it in some sort of special gift pack - so no complaints here!

    They upsold me telling me I'd need a huge bottle then gave me the wrong shades to what I asked for. They wouldnt refund and when I wanted to exchange they wouldnt let me choose anything different. I will never shop here again
