Hey i just had my colour done with you guys and i have to say i have never felt so pampered in my entire life. What a lovely enviroment to just chill out and relax. I have just returned from Hairport 1 at Boronia. I have just had a complete make over, new cut, new color and i feel like a new woman!! The staff are just amazing and so patient and full of great ideas, all at a great price! I will be recommending them to every one! I have been going to Hairport 1 for approx. 10 years. Before then i wandered from Salon to Salon , and never really satisfied. From the Time i make my appointment at Hairport 1, i am treated like a Princess!! I love the sms reminder the day before the appointment , i love the fresh look of the people who work there and nothing is ever too hard .. Every experience i have had at Hairport 1 has been positive. Very Professional - i Just love them .. -

I visited this hairdresser to get Keratin hair straightening for my hair. I also had my hair cut and coloured, had an extra wash and blow dry for a wedding, and bought a heap of products. My last visit was for the straightening, which didn't work at all (I realise that your hair is left with a bit of a kink, but this was much worse than that). I phoned them to ask for a refund, but they said they would like me to come in so they can have a look while the Keratin people are there. They promised to phone me back. They never did. I tried talking to them 3 times after that, and got treated like dirt. I spoke to both the management and some staff, and everybody kept on promising they will come back to me. I'm still waiting... If you're looking for customer service, keep on looking. Everybody makes mistakes, but it's how you handle them which shows your integrity. Or lack of, in this case. I have spent close to $500 in less than a month at Hairport, and I'm very, very sorry I did.-

Well you've obviously got your facts wrong because your the only one that thinks this out of all these people. Every other review is great. So quit trying to turn people away from there and just go find another business that will put up with you. I've been going there for years and years and think they are absolutely fantastic and so does every other person on this page.11 months ago
