    They have improved alot lately and improved the customer service. Most staff are very pleasant although I had a staff who looked angry the whole time! At the end of the day I got what I asked for and was happy with my time in there.

    I was a walk in and asked if they could fit me in sometime today, they said yes and told me to sit down. after half an hour a the hairdresser came and told me to sit 'over there' and pointed to the chair and asked what I wanted. I told them explicitly 2 inches off and thinning as i have thick hair. they combed my hair then left to talk to another client who had walked in, they came back and sprayed my hair then left to talk to a coworker, then came back and one staff asked 'are you ok?' and they said "no not at all" which you dont want to hear when someone is cutting your hair!! they then proceeded to talk to the client a further 3 times about times!!
