I purchased a deal at Hall of Beauty which was $89 for 3 treatments. I didn't know these were all at the same time though and when I phoned to make the booking I was advised it shouldn't take longer than half an hour, and they were kind of rude and while we were trying to make the booking they continued to tell me they had so many of these deals, like they were annoyed with the business. I gave them my redemption code and hung up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and looked forward to my treatment even if it was expensive for 30 mins!

I got there and forgot the print out and said I gave them the redemption code when I phoned and the staff kept pointing to the appointment book and said 'no, you only gave us your mobile number' like I was a lunatic and got the numbers mixed up. They said they couldn't go ahead without it. I said I could run home now or after the treatment to give it to them AND I had it on my iphone to prove I had one. They repeated 'we need the print out'. Then the management came along and said 'bring it up on your phone' which I did and all was fine. They then asked if I had been in the sun as one if the treatments could not be done or had to be done on a low dose. I said I had got 'some sun' but didn't know I wasn't supposed to. They were practically scolding me. They should ask that when you make the booking. The treatment was done by another staff who was lovely and the last treatment was done by the management who gave me attitude once again about my skin and what product I had been using. They said my skin was the way it was because of the product and this treatment would make a difference. The ENTIRE treatment was no longer than 20 minutes!!! The 20 minutes has made no difference to my skin.

I will never go back there. It was not welcoming, comfortable or worth $89.
