    Looking for a quote on my badly damaged vehicle, I was welcomed with a friendly smile and they had made it a point to me that they had politely 'waited' for me to arrive before they had left work.
    their tone had suddenly changed when they saw the damage. They were forcibly trying to convince me to DISREGARD WHAT MY INSURANCE COMPANY SAYS, REFUSED to give me a quote without stripping it and told me to leave my car then and there, and STRONGLY suggested that they take me home.
    I felt a little bit uneasy and called my insurance company to get their opinion. As soon as I told them that they told me not to take their advice, they abruptly said to me 'see ya later!' and walked off! I stood there in a state of shock and confusion at their rudeness, until they came back and started saying that they couldn't help me because I wasn't listening to him, to stop wasting their time and go to the panel beaters across the road!
    DO NOT GIVE THEM THE LIGHT OF DAY! How could somebody who had apparently been dealing with people for 35 years have such a VULGAR disposition!!! What type of ACCREDITED panel beater would highly recommend to ignore what your insurance company says? PURE INDICATOR OF A DODGY DEALER!
