    Hallmark cards have lost the plot! I bought a card online from them and the envelope for the card was folded in half, so when I went to put the card in it there was this huge crease down the envelope. It looked terrible! I emailed them saying I wasn't happy about it and I wasn't told I was going to be sold a damaged product. They emailed back saying this was how they packaged it. I emailed back again stating that as a consumer it is my right to be told if I am buying a damaged product & they reluctantly refunded my money.
    No appologies given.
    I've also purchased other Hallmark cards in the past in packs, & on the pack it said message inside: BLANK only to open them & find WITH SYMPATHY!
    I thought Hallmark was meant to be a good company but apparently NOT!
    I try to steer clear of Hallmark these days & buy John Sands or For Arts Sake cards they're much better.
