I have used a lot of different hamper companies over the years for my christmas gifts and food this is by far the worst. I have been waiting 12 days for a reply to multiple phone calls they said they would get back to you within 24 hours they only delivered half my order and they have no idea what is going on with the rest of it. Although I will comment the value is great they are pathetic at resolving customer issues in a reasonable time frame
