    I was also dealing with them, gave me a terrible service (call them 6 times a day with no call back). I had to chase them over a week!!!!! At the end they forward me to other solicitor in which was the day when I need to exchange the contract - I actually break down and cried at the waiting room since they made me wait again on the day.

    Guess what happened at the end? i write a complain - of course no one reply and no apology from them. $995 was the money I paid in 2010 - not worth the stress.

    I used Robbie from Hansteins for the conveyancing on my recent house purchase and was very impressed with the service I received.
    As a first home buyer I found the legal processes involved in a property purchase to be rather complex and confusing. Robbie was very knowledgeable and professional, and offered a very sincere and personal approach throughout the transaction.
    In my opinion the fees charged were excellent value for money and I will certainly consider using them again in the future.

    I had my conveyancing done with Hanstein paid $995 but i had to chase up my lawyers regularly just to get my paper work done before the settlement.

    Firstly they gave me blue pen to sign on land title which i did, but it turned up to be invalid as it gotta be sign with black pen. Then, i have to call a number of times a day and mostly they did not get back to me. At the end they were asking me to pay total fee without giving the breakdown/proper summary of payment, when i chase it up the next day, i was only given 1/2hour to review the calculation as it was due for settlement.

    I emailed my complaint about this service but they did not reply.
