    A great training centre - large , clean with top mats. The resident Korean 9th Dan Grand Master is world renowned. It's a very traditional martial art school. Gradings aren't automatic and it is not sport based. . It has an emphasis on fitness , correct form and step-by-step mastery of the techniques that are taught.
    Hapkido involves, kicks,strikes,blocks and a full range of joint locks, throws and wrestling. Circular movement and using an attacker's strength as part of the any defensive reply are central.
    It is a great place for kids to train, with a minimum of two black belt instructors per class. There's a lot of one on one instruction.

    The other traditional discipline taught is Sundo. it is essentially a meditative practice, focussing on special breathing techniques. But nevertheless it is also rigorous physically as one develops the fitness and flexibility to perform advanced techniques and postures. It is the foundation from which traditional Korean martial art developed . It is the inner art and hapkido the outer martial expression.
    Grand Master Kimm has instructed both the Indian Special Forces Company protecting the Dalai Lama and also instructed his monks in meditation.
    This is a place worth visiting and to train in.
