A Little About Happy Being and Yoga
Happy Being has been established to provide tailored yoga, exercise and wellbeing programs to corporate, sporting and educational environments as well as the general population.

Our staff are all accredited yoga instructors with backgrounds in sports medicine, education and corporate fields.

A Little Bit About Yoga and Our Yoga Classes:

The word yoga simply explained means union. This union implies harmony of mind, body and spirit. Yoga is not associated with any particular religion or religious group. 

Practicing yoga includes physical movements and postures, breathing techniques and safe and effective relaxation exercises.
