    After the awful treatment we received at Sydney Airport, my wife and I decided not to travel with Happy Cabby. We found the Happy Cabby staff at the meeting point and (after staff finished the protracted phone call) staff put our suitcases on a trolley. Then just left us to wait, saying there were more people to be picked up. The staff gave us no indication of how long this wait would be. After an hour of sitting - utterly exhausted after a 35-hour trip - we and the other passengers were moved to the bus, where we sat for another half an hour. Any time we asked anyone about how long it would be, we were told that we'd be getting away "very shortly" and nothing more. After a total wait of over 90 minutes, we were furious and told the them we would not travel with the company. We got our luggage back and left.

    I had already had some trouble dealing with Happy Cabby before we arrived in Australia, in terms of poor communication and insecure payment methods (they wanted us to email credit cards details!). My experience at Sydney Airport has confirmed for me that I will never do business with this company again. They charge $80 per person for a trip to Newcastle and the service is absolutely abominable. Spend $19 on a train ticket, get away immediately and have a far happier experience.

    Had problems with this company on the way to airport & on return home. Wrote a letter to Happy Cabby Swansea, they never responded. Finally rang, Manager was to get back to me.., he never did.Rang again spoke to the Owner, got the brush off, he basically did not care. Terrible customer relations.If you love traveling for hours with no toilet stop, go for it..,
    other wise catch the train or better still hire a car.
    Extremely dissatisfied.
