    I have had many friends stop taking their dog to Happy Dog Grooming and now I know why. I took my dog today for a haircut. They yanked my dog inside the grooming area, breaking the lead and then grabbed my dog my the scruff of his neck and dragged him in. I was most upset about the lead and the way my dog was treated. The management accpted NO RESPONSIBILITY for the staff - told me not to yell at them, and insisted that the lead was already frayed. It was not. I wish I had someone else to take him to otherwise I would have taken the dog there and then. Upon picking up my dog, I told the management and showed them how much I had to pay for a new lead ( 25.00). They said it had nothing to do with them and refused to give me a discount considering I have been taking my dog since he was a pup ( 7years). I expected some sort of discount for the rough treatment of the dog and the broken lead but they refused and even walked away from me, throwing their arms up in the air. The management have no idea how to treat customers and as a result, I will not be taking mydog there ever again. Do not take your dog there as my girlfriends have had thier dogs cut and they have not taken responsibility.
