My family has just enjoyed a great holiday at this lovely park and wish to thank the management for delivery a wonderful time to all the family including the disco and plaster painting. The kids really enjoyed the new pool as the weather was just great for swimming. Would recommend this park to any family seeking a great holiday. The accommodation was extremely clean modern and suited our family
Stayed with our family for Easter holidays 7 days our children had a great time with all the activities the movies each day were exceptional the whole package created an atmosphere second to none. stayed in deluxe villa it was above 4 star rating with the cabin being as new in cleanliness and all modern appointments. The staff were great at extremely helpful at all times The new toddlers pool was a great asset and very enjoyable We would recommend this park to any one wanting the highest style holiday either traveling or looking for an extended holiday
My wife and I booked into Happy Hallidays for a two night stay. Very friendly staff at check-in. The fact they asked for all the money up front should of set alarm bells ringing.
We stayed in a bungalow which had a bathroom and a second room with bunkbeds. It looked clean and at 80 dollars a night seemed like a good deal. But there was a faint wiff of insect killer in the air and a few dead cockroches around. This didn't bother us, as long as they were dead. But then at night, they came. The entire bungalow was infested. By midnight our kill count was up to about 20, and we had stopped bothering to pick up the bodies. Cockroches of all shapes and sizes were crawling all of the kitchen, over the walls near the bed. One even ran over my foot. After a terrible night there was no way we were going to stay. I went to reception to complain and it was obvious they knew about the problem. The said they 'bombed' so should of been alright. But anyone knows a infestation like this won't be fixed with a bit of spray. I asked for my money back and was flatly refused. They gave me the money for the 2nd night, but when I tried to explain that the first night was completely un-satisfactory and wanted a full refund, they weren't having any of it. I was told they would happily move us to another cabin. But my skin was crawling, and we just wanted to get out of there.
I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone. If we'd been given a full refund, I would of put it down to bad luck. But their attitude was beyond belief. It seemed like as long as they had our money, they just did not care.
