Happy River Cafe is one of Footscray's slice of heaven. Located at the Footscray Arts Centre, this warm and friendly cafe serves up fresh and delicious dishes at a reasonable price. Their breakfast menu is fierce, along with their ever changing array of scrumptious muffins. The food isn't the only stand out - the service is friendly and the ambience is relaxed which is exactly what I want while I read my paper and enjoy my breakfast. -

Whoot Woooo.. this cafe is the best... When i owned my cafe in kensington i used to jog along the Maryibinong river with my dog Tex to this Cafe & enjoy a delicious breakfast on there front lawn. What an awesum location... This cafe has everything & caters to everyone. Theres always something yummy on the front counter, an old fashioned home baked special something, that makes your tongue start salivating. I always have a large mixed juice with ginger, thank god there using Genovese coffee... its the best. Poached eggs, crispy bacon. hollandaise sauce on toast.
Lunch specials look enticing. Fully licenced & highly reccomended. LOVE It
