I had properties with their property management for 2 years. Maintenance and requests were not followed through at all. Our tenants requests often went ignored. Damages and stolen items are just among a few issues I had. Biggest issue was getting any communication back or for them to attend to any outstanding issues which just kept building up, even with ALOT of follow up requests over 8 months. I ended up handing the properties over to another agency and within 2 weeks they had attended to 80% of the outstanding items...
