    Trained with Alan for a few months now and have seen results almost instantly. Gym is in excellent condition with every machine you will need to get fit and lose some kgs. I plan on staying with Alan for a long time to come. Thanks Hard on fitness

    As a female, I think it's very important to be able to train in a studio that makes you feel comfortable and at ease with the gym equipment, Hard on Fitness does exactly that. Having one on one sessions ensures that you have the run of the place and don't have to wait in line to use the equipment or weights. Alan always mixes up the program and knows exactly how to get the best out of each session for you personally. If you're looking to achieve results in a private studio with personal tuition aimed at achieving your goals then Hard on Fitness is the place for you.

    When looking for a personal trainer I was very hesitant with choosing a male. I know this may sound funny however I like to feel as comfortable as possible when training. Then I found Alan! He possessed all of the qualities in which I was looking for in a personal trainer. He has a large and varied set of skills with years of experience and it was immediately apparent during my first session which made me feel at complete ease! Alan has a friendly and extroverted personality which is awesome as it fully engages me in my training and motivates me to reach my goals. He is approachable and has all the people skills needed to deal with a personality type like mine. His amazingly organised and flexible. Alan has a way of keeping up with all of the changes in the industry and always changes the training session to make it fun, exciting and most of all challenging. With Alan my goals are his goals and for that he is sure to be my life long PT.

    Working with Alan has been a rewarding experience, as a women in her 40's and wanting to target those areas that creep up on you Alan is putting me through a program that is ironing out those lumps and bumps.
    Alan is flexible with starting times which is handy for working people and always spends time talking with you and checking how you are going.

    One month with Alans one on one sessions has me fast progressing towards my goals of increased fitness and muscle gain. Alans sessions are tough yet fair; if you trust him and put in that little extra effort, results will shortly follow. For best results I recommended you do as I did, come in and have a chat with Alan and describe your goals so a tailored programme can be devised. I also advise you to get plenty of rest; you will need it for his cardio sessions!!

    I have only been going to Allan for 3 weeks and I can definitely feel my body getting stronger. I like the fact that in my training sessions we do a variety of things to target all areas of the body such as cardio, weights and boxing. This makes training session more interesting and fun.

    I have been going to Hard on Fitness for over 10 years and in this time I have lost over 15kg and improved my fitness & over all well-being. Alan Lewis has been a fantastic trainer for me, he is motivating and provides great service. My wife has now joined HOF and she feels so much better.

    I was with hard on fitness for 2 years and Alan was the best trainer I have ever had, he makes the training fun and entertaining. But that doesn't mean that he wont push you to your limits, I even had homework to do! I have never worked so hard at gym and never gotten such great results. He got motivated and more fit and toned then I have ever been the results were awesome. I would always look forward to my training sessions and Alan's joke of the day!

    Ok, I really like this gym, it's private, no douche bags are allowed, aircon, all the weights and machines I need, Alan is a genuine and friendly guy, opening hours are good, even open on some public holidays. I've trained and played sports for many years but just recently I've been injured quite often (rotator cuff/neck/wrist/shoulder). I never had to stop gyming.. Alan just gave me new exercises and massaged/rehabed my injuries. We just work straight through it like a boss. No down time. Give Alan a call, he has your best interest a heart, I know for a fact.

    When I first contacted Alan to train me, my thoughts were that I would give Alan a try, perhaps learn some skills then after a few months leave and work out on my own. Six years later Alan is still my personal trainer. When I started training with Alan I had a painful strain on my upper left arm and was unable to lift it, much less lift any weights. With careful guidance, patience and rehabilitation with Alan my arm is fully healed and I must not forget to mention that my level of self-confidence has also improved immensely since training with Alan. He is a gifted trainer, gives great massages and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer

    I had the pleasure of having a training session with Alan, and it was great i have been to a few personal trainers in the past and have felt like i am just the next person in line to be trained. But Alan actually listned to the goals i want to acheive and treated me like i was someone important, i have now booked in for 10 more sessions, and i would say if anyone out there needs a personal trainer go see Alan he will be able to make you feel welcome.

    Even though I live 300km+ away from Alan and the H.O.F. gym, he always gives me support and takes interest in my training programs and well being. Whenever I'm in Brisbane I look forward to my sessions with Alan. He's an excellent trainer and a really nice guy, I recommend going to H.O.F.

    I have been training with Alan at Hard on Fitness for ten years. He has proved himself to be a champion trainer always keeping the workouts interesting and tailoring the training to my needs. Five years ago I had major surgery and I credit Alan with a very large part in my recovery to full strength and fitness. He tailored my training to my ability throughout the post surgery period. I would recommend Alan and Hard on Fitness to anyone requiring a tailored training regime to regain health and fitness.

    After having my two children and later going through a separation I found myself with low self esteem and started to put on weight. I was recommended to Hard on Fitness by a client who was training with Alan. I decided to ring up and book a personal session with him. That was the beginning of my new life. I proceeded to train three nights a week with Alan and saw the most amazing changes of my body. I thank you Alan every training session for training me and showing me a wonderful new world! :)

    I have been with many personal trainers and have tried to become bigger and fitter for my job as a police officer. None of my goals were achieved. But since I have been training with Alan for 18 months at Hard on Fitness, the results have been amazing and the advice I have got from Alan has been incredible.
