    I bought a massage and facial off deals.com.au and i was really looking forward to it. I have to admit, it just felt like they were going through the motions. they didn't really try to personalise/ customise them at all by asking if i had any sore bits or skin issues. I could hear people talking the whole time and phones ringing. when the face mask was on the girl left the room but didn't say for how long. usually they stay and give you a scalp massage or something. anyway my 2 hours clocked in at 1 hour 40 minutes and when I left I was confronted with the glare of the carpark. not in a hurry to go back.

    Wow. This establishment obviously has absolutely no clue how to run a business. I have never received such poor customer service before. Was incredibly unprofessional and bullied me to the point where I was in tears. I could not ever reccommend this business to anyone.

    A staff at Harmony Beauty is very rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. If you want nice service I'd look elsewhere. Oh and don't use their online enquiry form or email either as they don't respond to it. Take this as a warning, don't ever go to Harmony Beauty, you'll just waste your money.

    The nail technician here, Ali, does an excellent job. She is friendly, professional and takes her time with each client to ensure that their nails are perfect rather than rushing through them to get more clients in each day.
    I went somewhere else to get Bio Sculpture gel nails for the first time and came out with these lumpy, chunky things that looked ridiculous then over the next 2 weeks, 5 of them fell off. I then went to Ali and she managed to fix those remaining and replace the missing ones and they look so beautiful and natural I couldnt be happier! Her prices are also reasonable and I couldnt recommend her highly enough.
