I had a visit to the store today and found it was an awfully dismal experience. The staff were rude and the furthest thing from helpful. I purchased a product which was available one 2 platforms and gave them the box for which platform i would like and then they sold me the wrong platform one without my knowledge as they said after the sail there is no refunds available on this product. Overall an awful experience an would never recommend the store as the staff are horrible and rude. 0 out of 10 -

This technology store is pretty good, with a wide range and good customer service. The only problem is that their prices are too high. Even though they have competition from stores such as Dick Smith and Tandy (essentially the same store) they still refuse to lower their prices and be competitive. If you can make the effort, I'd say go to Dick Smith purely because it si cheaper.
