I took my 8 month old mower into their shop under warranty for repairs as it was playing up and was told that they were busy and that they couldn't look at it for approx. 1 month, but to leave it with them and they will ring when it is ready. Approx a month and a half later we were informed that it was ready to be picked up. I went to pick it up and when I arrived and they wheel it out for me it was not the same as I took it in. It was completely rusted and looked like it was about 30 years old. I said that is not my mower as it was almost brand new and in very good condition and they said it is yours, but they had no remove in their shop for it so it has been sitting out in the weather outside unprotected from the rain, sun etc, which I was completely shocked and so upset. When I questioned them they said when their is no remove inside it has to sit outside. In my opinon that is very poor customer service and don't even care about your property. Do not take you lawn mower for repairs to these people unless you want it returned in worst state then you took it in there and then it still had the same problem when I got it home. After all that time and now the mower is a total right off because it doesn't work and now looks really old and rusted, I can't sell it or use it.

Friendly helpful staff who still know what good service means !
    I
I bought a new battery for the ride-on last week from Harry's, there were two other stores $20 more expensive, with one that was a couple of bucks cheaper, but when I said I'll have one, the guy took a call on his mobile instead of serving me !

    - so I walked out and bought one from Harry's !
