Went to print quite a number of photos and I chose the auto-correct option thinking it will correct all photos. Very dissapointed to see all photos came out so dark and I had to throw them away. When asked the management, I was told, that is what happens when I select "Auto Correction" and it was my choice to do it. There is no instructing or advise about the function and the management was so cocky about the way it was explained.
I can't fault their service yet, we've bought from the O'Connor store a number of times over the past few months to furnish our new house and they have been great. They even arranged a special courier to deliver our dining table the day we wanted it since I'd missed the normal delivery arrangements from the day before. This week they also chased up an ensemble that hadn't arrived within the time frame they gave us and said I could have it the very next day. Fantastic service as far as I'm concerned.
Ive ordered a Sofa set more than 8 weeks ago from Harvey Norman Oconner Store, Western Australa still not arrived. I ordered it for a party at my place allowing enough time for delivery (4 weeks maximum as per the sales person because it was in stocks). They wrongly keyed a wrong colour; no follow-ups until I called and made it delayed by another 2 weeks, and then more time due to not having a delivery from Sydney to Perth the excuse they gave. It is suppose to be delivered yesterday, but when I called today I was informed that it could get delayed by further 1 week possibly mid next week.
It is an absolute waste of time, so if you need something on time, then do not rely on the dates given by the staffs in this particular store. I hope the colour etc will match and no damage to product, because if any issue it will take another 8 or more weeks for delivery.
I have bought,sofas,beds,computers,heaters,over the years,dont know why I bother shopping around I always end up back here,not only for the great value but they have the best informed and helpful staff in the west!
