It always annoys me when you pay for what's supposed to be a premium service and get sub standard. The hairdresser was 30 mins late for my appointment and offered no apology. The hairdresser was also quite slow and distracted by other customers.
The salon itself comes across as very generic. One of those typical salons that will provide little advice and be overly cautious.
If it was cheap then I'd say it was fine for the money ...standard hair cut etc as long as you know exactly what you want. It's not cheap though and for that I expect a higher standard.
