I was attended by an grumpy staff when I returned the car. Got very cranky at us because we didnt know EXACTLY how many kms the car had when I left it in the car park. They then did their paperwork and very rude asked us to leave. Also made a mistake and ended up issuing a charge of 157 dollars more than the initial quote. The case is currently open at the customer service centre.
