Have dealt with this company for 7 years then stopped due to expensive repairs and products. My daughter had her hard drive replaced in July last year and it has "died". Yes, they are going to send it back to the manufacturer and get it replaced but it still costs money for them to transfer data to new one, even though the hard drive is obviously faulty. You have to wonder about the quality of the parts they buy if a hard drive dies in less than 12 months yet they are happier to charge $190 to clean dust out, transfer data from dead hard drive to new one and "service" computer which would not be there if the hard drive they initially installed was ok. was not happy with my daughter going to himark in the first place. She is now disgusted with their service and rip-off business practices.

Himark even provides you with a loan hard drive FREE of charge to keep you running while your faulty hard drive is being sent back to the manufacturer and they will be spending even more time putting all your data back to your drive when it returns for your convinience.
  
  Sure you have to pay $190.00 for the convinience because they are a solution specialist and that's what Himark do they provide solutions, and like everything else these days it's a user pays system. Himark makes no apologies for behaving like a business, I guess the flipside to all this is pay nothing and use your computer as a door stop while you wait for the drive.
