I had the unfortunate experience of living there for a few months, until my rented house was available. I ended up fleeing from rumours, fights, and constant police visits. The permanent residents aren't friendly, the park is unkept.
The best thing about this place it,s close to beautiful Williamstown village and beaches. The park is uncared for and the facilities are old and decrepit .it, full of permanent people that are not friendly. But, there,s no other choice close to Melb.
I am currently staying at the caravan park. well start with the vending children machine only the drink one works so forget about having a snack, in the same block there are to, showers and a bath tub good for babies and young kids
THERE IS NO HOT WATER AT ALL
It is across the road from the beach there is a bus stop out the front but forget about the bus running on sundays and if you want to be home before 7:00 pm. 7:41 pm on the weekdays. or you walk its about a 15 to 20 minute walk depends on how fast you walk,
I tried to escape from an unbelievable costly 50$ Big4 caravan park near the city and fell into Hobsons Bay Caravan Park, the solution was worst than the problem I wanted to fix.
Expensive (never valued 30$) Never again stopping in Melbourne......
