We usually do our own cleaning around the house but this was not an ordinary case. My girlfriend and I were both very busy that weekend and needed someone to take care of the place because we were expecting company that night and the flat had to be in order. The company was recommended by a friend and we're happy we trusted her. The cleaning team proved to be very effective and the price wasn't even that high. There were some overlooked things but we're willing to give the guys another chance when we need them again. They're perfect for emergencies like this.

I had a situation involving red wine and our living room sofa. You can imagine what happened - the upholstery was all messed-up and I know how hard it is to clean the wine off it. I didn't even bother to try dealing with it and directly called this company. The team was great and got the stain out with ease - they had all the necessary detergents for the operation.

I was quite happy with the end results. The guys did almost everything I asked and paid for. They did an overall cleaning and were done in about three hours. There were some small spots that were missed but after pointing them out, they went back and redid them. I am grateful for everything, thanks.

Hi. I am here to share my opinion on the cleaning session I got from this company. I live in a medium apartment and there is not much I can do about all the chores in the place - it's just too much for me to handle. The guys comes very useful when it comes to domestic tasks and I will continue using them. I am now familiar with their work and am sure that I will have no regrets if I book again.

In my opinion, this is the best cleaning company available on the Sydney market. There was some hesitation from my side but the guys definitely lived up to all the high expectations I had. My home was thoroughly cleaned and I haven't noticed something to be left out. Your number has found its permanent spot on my fridge, thanks.

I booked these guys due to a friend recommendation. She was so enthusiastic and positive about the company so I decided to try them myself. I ordered a carpet cleaning service and that was exactly what I got. The session was OK but I did not see where all that superlatives came from. Anyway, my home is cleaners and that's the important part.

First the staff said I should get the 3 hour clean. That would cover my two bedroom apartment. They were half an hour late and when I came home shortly later they were gone - they should have still been there.

The carpets were not vacuumed to my standard, our kitchen benches were not wiped down and there was still food in the sink! The bathroom had not been moped and the tiles had not been wiped down. I honestly dont know what they did here.

I called to complain and they asked me to send in some photos. I sent in photos of the poor quality work and when they called back they told me that actually I didn't book the cleaners for long enough. They kept listing all the rooms; bathroom, kitchen, bedroom 1 bedroom 2... and saying that that was a lot of rooms to clean. I told them that that time was recommended and ALSO - they weren't here for the whole time!

We went back and forth over a few days, they refused to do anything except offer me a 10% Off voucher but I have to pay for a minimum 3 hours of cleaning to use it! $140 to get them to come back and do what they should have done the first time!

They kept saying I paid for three hours of cleaning, they cleaned for 3 hours so that should be the end of it. They take your money, spray bleach around so it smells like they cleaned and leave before their time is up. STAY AWAY! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY THAT WILL DO A GOOD JOB!

Only half a star as no other option.
Shocking terrible company. Don't go near them. They don't tell you about the true price, send incompetent cleaners and unless you are sitting watching them you will see that they don't actually do a lot. Luckily we didn't pay them on the day and cancelled our credit card. Even after ringing them 4 times and emailing to get a solution they didn't call me back. They have tried to sneakily take the payment every day sometimes numerous times without even getting back to me.

The guys did not say goodbye when they left the job and I was unaware they had finished for the day. I called and spoke with Lili and informed her that the job remained unfinished as the glazed windows have not been cleaned on both sides as agreed with Brano when he gave me the initial quote - he disputes this but both sides were dirty regardless. The floor was not cleaned to my standard and some areas needed more attention. They also did not take one of the items for the tip instead leaving it but not giving a reason why.

They arrived between 11.30 and 12.00. After Brano cleared the rubbish - one man cleaned the area. Brano approx 1 hour, the other guy was here approx 2 hours. Not the four hours quoted?

I called the office to find out why they had not come back to complete the job 3 times and NOONE returned my call. This is simply rude and unprofessional.

We were happy to pay the additional tip fees once the job they came to do was completed satisfactorily. However, they chose to charge the card and not contact us again. What kind of service is this!!

Will not be doing business with them again.

Horrendous & upsetting. Please people be aware. If I could put minus stars I would. That half a star gives no justice at all.

I filed a police report due to the damage that was done for an end of lease clean in Sydney. However this police report will go no further than been documented so i have taken to the web to try help\warn people about this company and the service so they dont go through what I have had to.

To start I was requested to use the afternoon shift staff as they were the most professional and most experienced staff so I promptly agreed. We agreed a price and when the cleaners got there i got a phone call to tell me they wanted over a hundred dollars more or they were not doing the job which was leaving me in a very precarious situation due to the fact my inspection was the next day and I had no time of finding anyone else on such short notice. I refused to pay the extra money and they agreed to do the job with no extra cost or reduction in service.

The aftermath of what was left in and around the property is only horrendous and upsetting.

There were puddles and foot prints on the wooden floors.
They had swept the dirt from inside to the outside of the house and left it there they even left lighting cigarette butts on the wall outside which stained the wall yellow.
The area's that needed a little bit more attention (bit of a scrub) were left untouched. I had to sweep, mop and polish basically clean the place after these so called cleaners.

As for the damage to my property, well the range top fan was broken so bad that it no longer sits on its tracks and flops down when you pull it out; the fan filter which is metal mesh was actually ripped and folded back.
One of our laminated cupboards in the main bedroom had been ripped from the top to the bottom. In fairness to the cleaners I dont think they sliced it but it looks like it got caught in part of the machinery which ripped it. Total negligence.
The carpet after the steam clean came out 2-3 different colours.
The taps had been scraped so bad they took the stainless steel colouring off.

I have pictures and videos and if i could upload to this site so you could all see I would. I highly recommend you stay clear of this business.
