    Have been going to Helen at Hope Island with my dogs & cat for many years, never been dissatisfied with the service & costs have always been explained. They spend the time needed & my dogs absolutely love going to visit (even my cat likes her - a 1st for a vet!!) . Realise the best care is not always going to be cheap & I can't go to the doctor & pharmacy for myself & spend less than $100. Very happy customer.

    unfortunately let an eye problem go incorrectly diagnosed for over 4 weeks without referring me to a specialist, causing my dog unneccesary discomfort and costing me a couple of hundred dollars. Kind people that care for your pet but couldnt walk out the door without a bill less the $100

    We have been attending this surgery for at least 8-9 years and Helen is the best vet on the coast, along with Jo her now partner these two women have the experience and ability needed to not only be greatly qualified vets, but the personalities and bedside manner is marvellous, they also do not over charge like many other surgeries on the coast
