    Be careful with this Gym as the quality is not great, facilities basic, equipment below average and the service pretty poor, so your stay will probably not be very long before you start looking elsewhere. This is when you encounter the worst thing about Hornsby World of Fitness...they appear to be dishonest. That was how I found them. If you try to cancel your membership they will continually "miss-place" your cancellation form and each time you complete one they say it takes another month to process. I have been on this not so happy merry-go-round (3 times...) and so you end up having to threaten legal action before they stop taking money from your account... Maybe others have a better experience than I did but those I've spoken with all seem to share my sentiment. This gym is not a good one.

    I was a member for a while due to a contract and have to say I hated going here. It is an old, cold YMCA looking place which I can live with, but the equipment is not maintained and you frequently find the same discoloured snot from days of not wiping the machines down. Many of the running & cycling machines are broken and the owner keeps promissing to fix it but never follows through. The staff are not helpful. This place is a dank hole in the ground and compared to the alternatives you can do a lot better!

    Value-for-money gym. Not necessarily the most state-of-the art equipment or fancy surrounds, but it is great value and not intimidating at all. Free parking (although not a big carpark) and childminding weekday mornings. Recently installed new treadmills, freshly painted, clean and now open 24 hours. Ability to put membership on hold if going on holidays or sick. If you don't want to spend your annual salary on a gym membership, this is the gym for you.
