Hoyts being our local is the usual theatre we venture out to when keen to watch a blockbuster on the big screen. Unfortunately nowadays date night at the movies is not as cheap as it used to be with your standard ticket around $20 per adult plus candy bar, booking fees & 3D glasses charge. The modern changes such as bar facilities to grab a pre-cocktail, allocated seating & priority online booking allow for a more organised & pleasant night out. Overall, still worth the money for rare treats.

I saw Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy here in cinema 10 and was really impressed with the quality of the picture and sound. I'm not sure if it was really good - or I had low expectations. I've always though of Hoyts as the poorer cousin to Event Cinemas who I almost routinely gravitate towards normally.

The cinema was relatively small, but the seating was comfortable with deep cushions and proper arm rests that were big enough to accommodate competing arms from strangers sitting next to each other. The pitch of the seating was really good, and gave a uninterrupted view of the screen from my middle row position.

My only gripe was the actually ticket purchase, which is met with all sorts of upsells, membership offers, $10 for this, and free movie next time, etc.... that's just my bug bear with modern selling tactics. Sometimes you just want to buy your ticket and go in to the movie. So, I'll guess I'll buy online next time.

To end of a positive. The viewing experience was enjoyable and good quality. Recommend. Oh, and they have 4 hours free parking too! Which is excellent.

This Hoyts Cinema gives you a wonderful movie experience that you won't forget in a hurry. The staff are always courteous, the candy bar is well stocked and the prices aren't exorbitant. The movies they show are the latest ones which is good and the ease of getting your ticket is something to be experienced. I give this Hoyts Cinema 5 stars out of 5 and recommend it to you.

I recall when this place opened it was like so state of the art! Technology made it the ideal place to see movies. Sadly things change and Broadway Hoyts hasn't. The seats are slowly getting old and no twin seats.

No Vmax means no killer experience, just a big screen which is all nice, but to paraphrase the words of Black Eyed Peas its so 2008 and so 2000 and late!

The film was as good as ever but we had to wait 30mins just to get into the seats. 2 people went in before the end of the previous film and the staff wouldnt ask them to leave until the last credit had played. As a result we were late getting to our seats and had to stand for ages before they forgot to play the movie. As a result of the delay they decided to miss out the tailors which I enjoy. Oh, and we bought tickets for an 8.30 showing at 7.45 but the tickets they gave us were for the 6.20 showing. We had to go back and change them. There's not alot that can go wrong with film screening but it all went wrong here. We'l be back next week though :)

I love all Hoyts cinemas! The cinemas always show the newest movies, making it comfortable for us as the audience. This certain one offered the same features and also offered great, friendly service. I liked their large separate cinema's and their snack bar offered great lollies and deals at relatively affordable prices. All in all, I had a great time and I definitely recommend!

Great friendly staff and nice cinema seatings and screen. However on minor occasions the toilet looks quite bad but that's generally the customers not the staff so they may just not had the time to clean it which I do feel sorry for those who has to do that job. Overall, cinema size and layout is good and to add a nice looking jazz style bar. Would recommend.

Decent selection of movies and doesn't get as packed as other cinemas which is good. The major plus is that the parking is free for cinema users.

Your typical neighbourhood Hoyts, the only frustrating thing is that this place is always crowded.

This is a typical Hoyts but at least it is clean and there is never too many people The parking is free if you just see a movie. The seating is always good with most theatres having the arena seating so no blocked views. The snack bar is exorbitant, with plenty of options just around the corner in the food court.
