I read the other reviews below and I am going to agree with both of them. The interesting thing about the location of this restaurant is that is has lots of fast food major chain competitors right around it. The customer is not looking for choice of places to eat because it is everywhere plus a main street of restaurants and pubs around it too. The thing about this Hungry Jacks is the service. It is so much better than the others around. The staff here are very friendly, They serve you with a smile and are always correct with the order, the change and quick to serve you. The burgers are fresh and a good size and the company give back to the customer with free refills. The restaurant and the drink dispenser are kept clean.

Everyone knows that the happiness of a team or staff members often comes down to the management and leadership. Whilst Hungry Jack's is a well-known fast food chain, there can be many differences when it comes to service. Mornington have a wonderful staff, and it would appear that the way they are managed assures the contented and friendly way in which the staff perform their duties. It is always a pleasure to visit this franchise.

I know what you're thinking...why even mention a simple fast food chain? Well, let me begin by saying that every trip to our local Hungry Jack's is a lovely experience. Unlike so many other establishments these days, the staff are always friendly. If there's a wait on food, you'll get an honest apology which is a rare thing. And of course when one receives the food, one also received a "have a nice day" that doesn't sound completely hollow. The food itself is great, decent sized burgers packed with deliciousness really...lovely ice creams, baguettes, and free drink refills are also rare around these parts. Wonderful food, courteous service and altogether one of my favourite places to eat. As far as Hungry Jack's, no, as far as Fast Food places go, this is highly recommended in my opinion.
