At Hyperion Hypnotherapy, we can help you deal with things like: Stress, Anxiety, Insomnia, Pain Management, Addictions, Study Skills, Corporate Development/Coachng, Post Cancer/Chemo Treatments and Sports Performance.
Hypnotherapy is a brief therapy, which means that you should be able to deal with a specific issue in about 3 sessions. 
The first session is usually 1.5 to 2 hours, and 1 hour each following session. Session costs are $150 per hour.

    I would just like to thank Richard for a great series of treatments. I have, in the past had trouble giving myself time and space. While I realised it was all about prioritising my life, goals and responsibilities, I seemed to be easily distracted from balancing my life's priorities; there always seemed to be an emergency that would cause me grief. With Richard's help, I have been able to be more detached, my decision making now seems much more realistic, and the stress that I had actually been causing myself has disappeared. The process of hypnosis was like a great wave of peace washing over me. Thank you Richard.
