This is the perfect school holiday entertainment, particularly in the warmer months. With moderately priced entry, great on-site parking and long day sessions (they have night sessions too) you can't go wrong. There is a canteen in a heated room with windows looking into the rink area, where you can sit and watch the kids if you are not skating. They serve hot noodles, coffee, tea and all the normal lollies and chippies you'd expect. Give it a try this Christmas holidays and avoid the summer heat. Great fun for the whole family.
