    I have a reliable 8 year old ducted domestic airconditioner. After having difficulty in finding a reliable qualified service company that didn't charge absorbant prices, I was searching in the local paper and internet looking for something that made one company stand out from the others in the local redcliffe area. I read the Icy Cool Website and accompanying reviews. This was very positive and the company seemed to offer personalised and professional service at an appropriate price. A week after contacting Jason he arrived at a negotiated time with his offsider and couldn't do enough for me. He was eager to learn the history of my system and answer my questions and concerns. They completed the service without any fuss and gave me valuable feedback and education on how I could do certain procedures and maintainence myself in between their 12 monthly recommended services to keep my system in perfect order all the time. He offered to to put me on his reminder service for the next 12month service. The service invoice was itemised and it documented what work was completed. The charge was very fair an appropriate and they were 15 mins longer than what was stated on the labour charge. I will not hestitate to have Icy Cool and Jason come again on a 12monthly basis and for any problems I might have in between time. Icy Cool have a well documented buisness policy with accompanying Customer Service Mission and I would have to say they are living up to everything they claim to do.

    Got a LG 4 Head Multi split from Icy Cool they did a top job and really met my needs. They said they looked after locals and they meant it. They have also just put an air con in my Dads place and he was really happy as well.

    We recently had Icy Cool supply and install a ducted system into our new home. They gave us a terrific price and did a really good quality job. They even bought their own vaccuum cleaner and cleaned up after themselves. We will defintely use Icy Cool in the future.
