I took a Friday off work to get a large amount of electrical jobs done. Luke arrived at our house on time and worked through the day. I kept asking him to do more and more and it was obvious we weren't going to get it done in the single day (my fault I know). Even though I told him not to he cleaned up all the mess and came back on Saturday (!!!!) and finished the work off the next day. I don't often write reviews but I think when a company goes above and beyond like and give up their weekend to finish a job its worth letting others know. -

I've used IMPEL electrical for many jobs varying in complexity and cannot say enough good things about their service and quality. From rewiring my house during renovation, installing new down lights, low and high voltage garden lights, new fans and air conditioners in my house its all been great. It's really pleasant to deal with a tradesman that calls you back, meets deadlines and has such a strong attention to detail.

We are exceptionally impressed with this firm as the electrician was extremely courteous, most professional, prompt, speedy,along with, surprise! surprise!, an unsolicited clean up on completion. Additionally their charges were competitive and we feel that their customer service standards were memorable. The only complaint from their five separate visits was an earlier than agreed arrival of the electrician by some ten minutes on his third visit, however we were not inconvenienced as we were next door
