Just got my solar system installed by this company, and found there service to be exceptional. The installer was great and really helpful, they are a bit dearer than alot of other companies but after doing some research when I signed up to be a display home, I found that they are one of the only solar companies who have been around for longer than 2 years and have a good record with the BSA. The consultant was both helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall really great service.

Tried to get a price estimate (I was only after a rough price range - not a full quote) for a solar system, and their so called 'consultant' rudely slammed the phone and hung up on me, saying they don't do pricing over the phone. I'm presuming that all they're interested in doing is getting into your house so they can push hard sell tactics.

If that's the way they treat prospective customers, I'd hate to find out what it would be like to actually sign a contract with them.

Recommend everyone avoid this company.

I sought a quote on a new roof. Prices quoted were subject to immediate decision, wildly overpriced - dropped the quote from $22,000 to $14,000 after calls to ad dept over 'special deals'. Found reputable company to do the job with insulation for $8,000. Never act on this kind of Impulse.
