I too had an on-line deal,had to wait 7 weeks for an appointment only to be very disappointed.Was in the chair for 4 hours..... colour was okay,but with the cut they had no idea what so ever,didn't even seem to know how to trim a side fringe properly.Definitely wont be returning there or recommending them to anyone.Now i have to pay someone else to fix their stuff up -

These guys were great and they have great deals too. I saved a fortune from my previous salon and the work they did with my color was fantastic. I have re-booked for my next color and cut. I would definitely recommend them!

Very Very disappointed with the quality and service at Individualle Hair Design Thomastown - bought 2 Our Deal Vouchers and a friend also purchased one, took over a month to beek an appointment - had very little faith in the qualifications of the staff, they misinterpreted my instructions for colour and therefore took 5 hours - cut is the worst haircut I have ever had - returned to complain and demanded they fix my haircut - the staff they assigned had very little or no idea what they were doing - ended up walking out - I am mortified. Sitting in the chair at Individualle was worse anxiety than the dentists chair. The management offered no solution nor care for my predicament - friend who bought voucher is also very upset with the outcome of her visit to Individualle. -

bought spreets voucher.
appointment was 10am. salon door was unlocked at 10:15am.
foils were left on for 10-15 minutes = orange regrowth!
staff was sick and sniffed the whole time in my ear.
refused to fix the colour without re-charging me!
refused to give refund!
did not get a haircut or $20 voucher for return visit.
they refused to call the management and said they didnt have the number.
SAID IT WAS SPREETS PROBLEM NOT THEIRS!!
every time i call up to speak to the management they say they are not there.
CONSUMER AFAIRS HERE I COME!

Very unhappy with service. Bought a voucher from CUDO and as soon as they found out I had a voucher they had no bookings for 2 weeks. Rang again to ask for an appointment and said I didn't have a voucher and they had appointments avail. Not happy and will not be going to this hairdressers. Very disappointed. -
