    Good yes, But not Great... This hotel has great food and dining area but you sometimes feel the prices are a little high. The outside seating area is lacklustre at best. This venue doesnt provide much in terms of entertainment unless you like poker machines or listening to the regulars talking loudly in the TAB area.

    Two friends and I had lunch here today and we all agreed it is the best pub food, make that the best Restaurant food, we have all had the pleasure of eating in too long to remember. I had the Roast of the day (Lamb) my best friend had a Steak and Salad (very substantial) her 21 year old son had wraps and chips which were so filling he couldn't eat it all. There were no other people enjoying lunch in the Restaurant section but plates of food were being taken to the public bar area and coming back empty. My best friend and I left nothing on our plates. The waitress told us a new chef had begun working there a short while ago and believe me that Chef could have held his own in any 4 star top Restaurant anywhere in Australia. Each of us having eaten in restaurants all over Australia and in my friends' cases, all over the world, we were very impressed. Tonight is Thursday Night Special for $15.95 you get a huge steak with chips and salad. Great value. :) If you live in Brisbane or are visiting Brisbane I recommend having lunch or dinner at this lovely Hotel.

    The Indro hotel is a good choice for a quiet weeknight meal. They have regular specials each night, cheap steaks, fish of the day and 2-for-1 meals. Not a good choice on weekends if you want a peaceful meal, as it is popular with those looking for a big night out, but if you don't mind a bit of noise then it is still worth a visit. Staff are professional and meals are well priced.

    Poker on Thursdays here was always an experience. The pub itself is not that great, as it gets quite night clubbish on the weekends. Drinks with mates is fairly relaxed at other times, however, and this is what makes the Hotel a fairly good place to visit.
