    I continue to come here as I find the service very professional. I'm not great at deciding on hair colours or cuts but Carol has been great in helping me choose styles and working with any ideas that i do have. The prices are extremely reasonable for the results and service received. Carol is obviously hard working and is passionate about what she does. Not sure if the negative review below is even of the same place!

    I just finished having my hair cut at Inner Vision. The WORST haircut experience of my life. I am so genuinely horrified by how bad it was I find myself writing this review before I even get home!

    I booked in 1 week in advance for a 'cut, wash, blow dry and mist treatment'. I suppose I should have started questioning this place when it took many many calls for someone to finally answer.

    On arrival, my concern first arose when the Hair Dresser gave me a rather unsatisfactory hair wash. She didn't wash the back of my head only the front. The hair wash was supposed to include a treatment... And was over in about 4 mins. I shudder to think what it would have been like without the treatment.

    Then she sat me down for about 5 minutes to cut my hair. I can not believe she spent such a short time. She didn't even do any of that 'pull and check' stuff to ensure it was the same length on both sides.

    Then she blow dried it into an Afro and straightened it for about 5 minutes. Needless to say it is fluffy, uneven and not even parted in a straight line. I'm almost embarrass to travel home with such awful hair.

    At no time did she put ANY product in my hair at all. Usually there is the 'still whilst wet product'....The 'blow dry product'... An 'anti friz product' at the end. Not a single one.

    I don't know what to do. Get another hair cut this afternoon? Im really disappointed and horrified by this situation. I wasted my time and my money. My only hope is that this review will save other people from making the same mistake.
