    Have been going to this practice for around 8 years now and have always had good experiences with the doctors, but most of the receptionists are SO rude - always make me feel like I am hassling them and that they are FAR too busy and I have rudely interrupted their day. Had another bad experience on the phone this morning and have decided to change GPs - just so blood-boiling!
