    I've filled my house with numberous items of this company's furniture, not all at once but 4 seperate orders. I did choose to collect my items with my trailer, and yes they opened every box completely so i could check the whole unit. This was time consuming of maybe 10 minutes of my time but worth it!
    I love my furniture I bought! I never leave comments on my purchases online, but these guys deserve a shout out! Thanks Instyle Furniture for my beautiful furniture!
    And im planning to go back for more very soon!

    I recently bought a tallboy from them as they looked great and had great prices. After driving all the way to the warehouse I was told that delivery would take approximately 8 weeks as they were too busy following xmas/Jan sales. I purchased the tallboy and had to organise my own pick up. When I got home and unpacked the tallboy, I was very disappointed. There were multiple scratched, dents and chippings all over the tallboy. I rang them back too see if they could organise an exchange but was told this is my responsibility. The management said thats why they get customers to check the product before hand but they only open the corner of the package so its impossible to see the damages all the way throughout. After chasing them and trying to get in touch with them on numerous occasions I have given up as the management seem quiet rude and disinterested in helping me out. So a brand new tallboy looks like a damaged second hand one. Overall dont be fooled by their low prices.

      the prices advertised were too good to be true, but upon receiving our buffet and display unit we were utterly amazed and shocked on the poor quality of workmanship. Our furniture arrived with dings and scratches plus watermarks on the buffet and the door on the display unit wasn't aligned properly.

    Do not buy from these people!!! They are rude and take no responsibility for their actions. They damaged a buffet we purchased when putting it on our ute as they were rough and then basically told us to get over it. The management has no customer service skills and treat you like rubbish. Will certainly be spreading the word, very very disappointed.

    Unbelievable prices!!!
    We brought a ZEN 04 bookcase with a coffee table and Tv unit, the quality is really solid and came all wrapped and packaged in a box which I was surprised about. Staff went out of their way to help and were not pushy at all! Thanks and cannot wait to receive my two desks that are on order (:

    I ordered 5 pieces of furniture from this store at a very good price. I would of saved about $900 buying these products. The customer service was great, They explain every detail of the furniture, what type of wood, all the colours they come in, different designs and sizes. They seemed very well trained for what they do. They gave me a estimate time for delivery but came much faster then i thought it would. I would recommend this store and the furniture they sell to anyone looking to decorate their home or business.

    My husband and I have just bulit our home and went to furnish our whole house with Instyle's Furniture because of the PRICE!
    We saved so much money going to this shop. The staff were lovely, and ordering the furniture was easy. We did get quoted up to 8 to 12 weeks for our bedroom suite and dining table, but came alot earlier then expected which was great.

    So glad i came accross this shop before spending a fortune some where else..

    I made a call to the Showroom about an ad in the local paper and the girl who helped me was more then helpfull. Went to the showroom and the staff we're very attentive but not pushy which I enjoyed. I liked my shopping experience with the shop and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for good solid looking furniture.

    Ordered 2 Zen tallboys, they were in stock and I picked them up at my leisure. On opening the first one I was so disappointed to find staples protruding into one of the drawers. Gaps between the joins of other drawers. What made me really disgusted though was that the floor model had dovetail joins on all the drawers and proper paneled drawer bases. The one I received had stapled together drawers and thin flimsy mdf type " wood" bases. The head office was more than happy to refund my money. I however had to get them back in my vehicle and drop them off. No apology or explanation in regards to the inconvenience or poor workmanship. Will never shop there again. The Australian timber factor is not enough to cover the garbage manufacturing. Don't trust what you see on the floor, it wont be the same standard that you'll actually receive.
