At integrity-innovative loan solutions, we do not charge for consultations, we are paid directly by the lender. Whilst our competitors may charge a brokerage or processing fee, we do not charge our clients. We are paid directly by the lender for our time and effort, and for introducing the business to them. If we can not find and settle a loan for our client, we do not get paid. The lender however, does not impose any additional costs on to you to cover our remuneration.

The company principal, Robert Knight has formal qualifications in business (accounting), applied science (building and architectural practice) and mortgage lending, as well as having completed certificate iv in financial services (finance/ mortgage broking.) Robert has over 30 years experience in the finance and property industries, and in the past has held senior management roles at major financial institutions.
