    My house was severely damaged by fire on 21/10/2007.
    Janev Building was contracted to rebuild and repair it.
    It is now over a year later and I have just received a note today in my front door 27/11/2008 from Janev, asking for a time to come over and finish their building work!
    This contact was obviously inspired by a vcat hearing I have against my land lord due next week in my attempt to simply have the fire damaged carpet replaced; carpet that was allegedly approved by the landlord but refused by Janev . I have a problem with my eyesight/migraines and cannot have spotty carpet. Janev refused to include carpet as contracted with the excuse that my preference was plain unpatterned carpet and a little more expensive than that which they had quoted in their tender.

    These are the facts. I have not given an opinion here
