    Terrible!! Very unorganised, horrible service all rude! Never going back! We went in needing a wheel alignment, dropped the car off in the morning and I was told to come back at an hour and 15 mins later to pick it up. I arrive back to be told that they were just finishing the service and would start wheel alignment. I said there was no service just a wheel alignment, they had just mistaken the cars and had not performed the service on mine (thankfully). They told me to take a seat they would bring the car round shortly. Half an hour later, I went back to the reception desk and asked what was happening, I was told that they were just adjusting the height as someone had called 45 mins ago requesting that, so I rang my husband just in case but no he hadnt called them. Then I was told that they had mistaken the cars and no they didnt adjust height (again thankfully) and they were just completing the wheel alignment. I said to the staff that I would have been happy if they had just called and told me that it was going to be late, staff was so rude! Then after a bit more waiting they bought the car around. The staff who fixed up my payment did not say one word to me. As I left I passed one of the staffs who was very rude and sarcastic towards me. Unfortunately it doesnt seem like they did anything with the car! We took it back the next day they took a look and we were basically brushed off after waiting another 45mins. So incredible unhappy dont think they even threw a spanner on it!

    Buyer beware..........even replacing with 4 tyres. Quoted price over phone for 4 new tyres, however, neglected to mention requirement of additional wheel alignment. Rude and Arrogant once completed fit, to the extent that one is expected to know (psychic powers switched in the "ON" position) that a wheel alignment was performed and subsequently added to the cost, initially quoted in the days preceding. Also, get a second opinion for any work they say should be done, in future. Won't be any friends of mine going to this one.

    They get 1 star for putting the tyres on correctly. Another star for being the lowest priced. However, customer service was HORRIBLE. The staff was ARROGANT. Told me it would be 1.5hrs, came back and im still waiting and need to be somewhere else by a certain time. Do they care?? NO. Another 30mins goes by after asking them when the car will be ready "It's ready now, someone is bringing the car around in 10 seconds" - i waited out the front for another 5 minutes. Walk back in, WHERE is the car i AM LATE??? Pathetic, never going back just because of that 1 particular staff.
