    I contacted Jay's airconditioning last year on the basis of these positive reviews, however didn't receive a response. I followed this up twice after using different contact methods and even spoke to them, and they to this day have not bothered to return my call. At least other providers in the area had the courtesy to return my messages and let me know that they were booked out.

    Jay's Airconditioning exceeded my expectations by a very large margin. I don't remember the last time I had service this good. My cheap yumcha aircon broke down in the middle of Sydney's January heatwave. Despite the fact that they and every other Aircon place in town was booked out for three weeks, Jays managed to supply and fit a new Daikin in three DAYS. Ben arrived with his partner when he said he would on Saturday morning. He installed the unit in a very tradesman-like manner (stands to reason, Ben is a tradesman...). Not only did he install the aircon for the previously advised price, he looked around, saw two other little electrical problems I had and said "Would you like me to fix those while I am here?" He then REFUSED to take any payment for the extra work. There was no way I could make him take a payment. Jays Airconditioning is one of the last businesses in the land that offers "old fashioned service", unlike everyone else that talks about old fashioned service. When you ring Jays, you tend to get the proprietor (Ben's father...) who will answer while he is in the roof on a job. I am delighted!

    Jay went that extra mile to come and fix my airconditioner late on a saturday afternoon. He was prompt, worked in a clean fashion and did great work at a reasonable price. This was during the recent sydney heatwave when I was desperate and had been let down by two previous air con repairers.
    I would not hesitate to recommend Jay's airconditioning to anyone.

    I found the Staff from Jay's Airconditioning to be very Professional. The team installed airconditioning in my home, within the time frame specified. I would highly recommend Jay's Airconditioning, they are efficient, their work is of a very high standard and the cost was extremely competitive, well worth it! On top of this they are polite and CLEAN up after themselves.... What more could I want. Thanks Guys

    I found the staff from Jay's Airconditioning to be an efficient and cost-effective choice of firm to install the reverse cycle airconditioner at my parent's house. Ben and his team performed the installation within two days of me contacting him. The staff were prompt (they arrived at the time they said they would), polite and got the job done. I highly recommend Jay's Airconditioning.

    The heating function on my mother-in-law's air-conditioner was not working and she was unable to keep her home in Ingleburn warm. Ben came to promptly when she called Jay's Air-conditioning. My mother-in-law says that he was the politest, cleanest tradesman who got her old air-condition working properly again. I would recommend this business to everyone.
