    I have been a customer of Jean Haddad for 20years.. I have ALWAYS walked out a Happy Customer, His product and service is always of HIGH quality.I'm always welcomed warmley by staff and have never had a complaint..My hair always looks great and has been looked after i must say by a Professional! I'm Truely greatful to have a Great Hair stylist. I dread the day this man Retires!!! I have Recommended him over the years to friends and Family and they still to this day have never looked back. I'm always complimented on my hair and to All.. I recommended Jean haddad hair studio to anyone who takes pride with there appearance. You won't be Dissapointed! :)

    I was absolutely appalled with the customer service, i made an appointment weeks in advance, I had to wait 2 hours for the hairdressers to even acknowledge my presence! When they finally did it was too late, I stormed out being told it was a busy day and no apologise made from anyone!!!
    I felt I was given the flick....they've lost a sincere client. Never going back!
