After purchasing a second hand car from Jeff Wignall Ford in Mornington, we picked up the car and noticed a few small minor repairs were not completed, as the salesperson promised, we were disappointed but still relatively happy. After a couple of weeks, My husband noticed an eletrical problem with the car, spoke to them and also the service centre onsite and we were assured we were covered by our two year warranty (as negotiated when we purchased the vehicle from them and would be repaired at the next service. My husband just tried to book in for the service and have the repair done and they will not honor our warranty, as staff did not fill in the correct paperwork. We have been told staff was fired for promising a lot of things to a lot of customers and not delivering on said promises. So, priding yourself on being in business for so many years, why would you not fulfill your obligations to your customers when it was your employee that made the mistake? Very upset. We paid top price for the car, trusting that purchasing from a so-called \'reputable\' dealership would provide a warranty.
