    I went to Jo Jo's for the first time on Saturday, i have eaten in restaurants around the world but the service at Jo -Jo's was up there,or should I say down there with some of the worse. Firstly we ordered steak chips and salad, our steaks arrived but with no salads. After asking to the staff member for our salad they eventually arrived. The drinks we ordered also did not come and only arrived after we asked the staff member what happened to them after a 15 minute wait. The we ordered desert and guess what after 20 minutes they still hadnt arrived and when I looked at the ticket I noticed they had put the wrong order down, so we went and asked the staff member again what is happening with our order, eventually they arrived. The food itself was pretty good and the staff member who tried to sort out our problems was very nice and professional and even gave us a free drink each to make up for the problems we had. However I don't think its good enough that in one lunch sitting, they forget our drinks, forget our salad and forget our deserts and its only after a waiting for 20 minutes for each order that we finally get what we paid for only after speaking to the wait staff.

    However got the Cesar salad and it was horrible! 99% lettuce!!!

    Very poor service, actually I wouldn't call it service. Both our meals came out under cooked with the prawns still half green. No one came and asked how our meals was after. over $110 for two under cooked steaks with prawns and they don't even care if you complain. Stay away, very poor service and bad food.

    Lack of quality customer service, I actually think they may have forgotten about us as we were sitting outside alone. Refused to sit inside because it feels like a foodcourt. A little exxy for the quality of the meals.

    The food was good and at a fair price for a fair size. However, the service was lacking; my friends' meals (entres and deserts) were forgotten, and they had to ask the staff on two occasions where their food was. The first time they asked they had to produce receipts to prove to the staff they purchased the food! Also, my partner's tiramisu was not nice---it was mostly cake stuffed in a glass.

    I've been to Jo Jo's 3 times and have had a good meal each time. It is busy though so don't go there for a romantic tet a tet!

    A Brisbane dining institution. Head up the escalators and find a spot on the balcony — perfect for people-watching over bustling Queen Street Mall. When it comes to food the question is what don’t they serve? More or less a mini food court, pick from steaks off the grill, fresh Mediterranean dishes, seafood, Oriental dishes or a quick cocktail. The white marble décor is accompanied by kitsch statues of stars from yesteryear, fake art works and bizarre animal statuettes.
